As a Data Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights. Leveraging tools such as Python, Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and other BI platforms, you will design and deliver reporting solutions that drive decision-making and create value for our clients. This role requires a strong background in handling business data with precision, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.What you''ll be doingDesign and deliver high-quality reports and dashboardsTransform large, complex datasets into structured formats to measure and improve customer performance.Investigate business challenges by analysing data to uncover patterns, test hypotheses, and identify new opportunities.Develop accurate insights and compelling visualisations using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling techniques ensuring row level security for data securityUsing Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), creating advanced calculations, KPIs, and measures to support robust reporting and analytics.Building and optimising DAX models within Power BI or Analysis Services, ensuring accurate insights, performance efficiency, and business-ready dashboards.Design, build, and optimise automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.Integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and reliable process automation.Python programming with the ability to design, write, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.What we are looking forUniversity level education or equivalent in data analytics or equivalentExtensive experience in Data Analysis including tools such and MS PowerBI with DAXExtensive knowledge and experience with MS Office applications (esp. excellent MS-Excel skills)Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Python, Power Automate and Cornerstone On Demand LMS reporting moduleAbility to work from Milton Keynes office 3 days a week and ideally live within a 30 mile radius due to location.Please note: Our office location is not easily commutable by public transport therefore the successful candidate will need their own transport.
