Our client is delivering a 1bn+ scheme and requires a commercial astute Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to deliver key pre-construction and procurement tasks. The role will be stand alone, working closely with the Project Director to get the project to a place it needs to be. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and pressurised at times so it requires a like minded individual.
