This role is ideal for someone with a background in youth work, support work, care, or sports coaching, who''s passionate about helping young people reach their potential.What You''ll Be DoingSupporting students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs, both in and out of class.Using restorative approaches to build trust and help students reflect on their choices.Supporting teachers in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.Working 1:1 or in small groups to develop resilience, confidence, and motivation.Helping students regulate emotions and develop coping strategies for success in school.What We''re Looking ForA calm, patient, and confident approach when faced with challenging behaviour.Experience working with young people i
