The hours of work will be 20-25 hours per week. This is flexible for the right candidate although Mondays are a requirement to work.Reporting to the hiring manager your responsibilities will include: Processing timesheets received from engineers, including chasing for timesheets not sent in. Data input of jobs carried out into the Baan system. Closing of jobs on the system once complete.Ensure accuracy and integrity in overtime process. Liaise with colleagues at all levels.
