This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a comprehensive learning and development framework that supports our Servicing function and ensures we consistently achieve outstanding customer outcomes.The RoleAs Training Officer, you will play a fundamental role in designing and delivering a robust suite of training programmes. From day one induction through to technical, regulatory and continuous improvement training, you will ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver best practice, compliant services within a regulated mortgage lending environment.You will support the business in meeting regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty expectations, ensuring our training remains current, engaging and aligned to industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver induction, refresher and continuous improvement training, ensuring effective knowledge transfer through evaluation and feedback.Partner with management to identify training needs across the Servicing function and design appropriate learning solutions.Create engaging training materials, guides and workshop presentations.Manage and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) administration.Continuously review and enhance training initiatives to reflect regulatory, legal and business developments.Research new industry topics to ensure training remains relevant and up to date.Ensur
