OverviewWe''re looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed-term basis. You''ll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming queries via phone and emailTake ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levelsCarry out system administration and maintain accurate recordsSupport joining, moving and leaving processesEnsure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standardsInvestigate issues and maintain data accuracyContribute to service improvements and team performance targetsSkills and ExperienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Confident handling customer queriesHigh attention to detail and organisationAbility to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a proactive approachPersonal AttributesCustomer-focused with a positive attitudeWilling to learn and adaptStrong time management and problem-solving skillsCommitted to delivering fair customer outcomesThis is an office based role, 35 hours per week for a 12 months fixed term contract ideally starting ASAP.
