Job detailsWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the evening shift. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our establishment during night hours, providing support to both staff and customers.ResponsibilitiesAs Night Manager you will have full responsibility for overseeing and directing all hotel operations and services during the night shift,maintaining both a great guest experience and ensure a seamless handover of any financial information, KPI targets,checking the guests in/out, take payments and night audits for the Front Office Management team in the morning.With the safety and security of our guests and team as our highest priority, youll ensure that regular Health and Safety checks are conducted as part of your shift with responsibilityfor any emergency procedures and evacuation, attending to any incidents, but with the least disruption and disturbance to the hotel operations as practicable and possible.Leading by example at all times so the Night team deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out, addressing any shortfall in service quality and operating standards,creating a great impression no matter what time our guests are visiting our hotels.QualificationsProven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hotel industry.Strong background in food production and culinary practices.Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire others.Knowledge of bartending and food preparation techniques is advantageous.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.In line with present UK working requirements all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work within the UKIf you are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role as a Night Manager, we encourage you to apply.
