Define the platform roadmap for Workday. Lead Workday platform product delivery-from roadmap to execution-using bi-modal (product/agile) and product frameworks, as well as customer-led approaches. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise features, manage budgets, and deliver measurable impact. Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and user experience across all Workday modules (Core HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimisation). Empower and develop a team of Product Owners and cross-functional experts to deliver best-in-class solutions. About you:You''ll bring: Previous proven Head of Product experience with Workday. Deep hands-on expertise in Workday-from implementation to optimisation, with strong knowledge of configuration, integrations, and life cycle management. A track record of leading agile teams and delivering complex product portfolios. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
