Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties is partnering with a growing international organisation based in Daventry to find an experienced Financial Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team on a permanent basis. RoleIn this position, you will work closely within the Finance team to own balance sheet reconciliations, support month-end processes, and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS. Key Responsibilities:Lead and review balance sheet reconciliationsSupport internal and external auditsPerform bank reconciliations and cashflow matching (Kyriba)Complete intercompany cash-pooling reconciliations and invoice processingOversee month-end activities in Oracle and prepare key journalsManage Concur expense reviews and liaise with internal teamsProvide cover for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable as requiredSupport VAT returns, corporate tax tasks, and inventory countsMonitor and reconcile suspense accountsIdeal Candidate Profile:Qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRSConfident with reconciliations, month-end close, and financial complianceHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsExperience with Oracle EBS, Excel, Kyriba, or cash pooling is advantageousSalary and Benefits:Up to 40,000 per year, 5 days a week in the office.
