Key responsibilities: Supervise daily shift activities to meet production targets and quality standards Motivate, train and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture Monitor KPIs, including safety, waste, efficiency, and absenteeism Ensure full compliance with site-specific quality, hygiene, and health and safety protocols Liaise with departments to verify material availability and eliminate inefficiencies Complete all shift documentation in line with BRC, ISO and internal standards Support continuous improvement and uphold best practices across the production line What we re looking for: Proven experience working in a fast-paced production environment, ideally within the food manufacturing industry Previous hands
