Assistant Site Manager – Internal Finishing

Location - Pembroke

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

Project - New Build Houses

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a construction company building new houses in Pembroke.

This role would suit someone with a strong internal finishing background who can support the Site Manager in delivering plots to a high standard and ensuring projects run safely and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
• Managing internal trades and finishing works
• Carrying out quality checks and snagging
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained

About You

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman
• Strong internal finishing / snagging experience on residential projects
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
