COO

will assume the following remit:Work with the CEO in setting and driving the company’s vision and operational strategyContribute to organisational wide leadership on strategy, business modelling, as well as operational effectiveness and transformationTranslate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement company wide goal setting, performance management, and operational planningMaintain and improve on processes so that investors continue to receive exceptional levels of client servicingOversee company operations and employee productivity, maintaining a highly inclusive cultureAnalyse internal operations and identify areas for improvementImplement a process of continuous improvement based on these metrics, company changes and external changesMaintain and build trusted relationships with key professional firms and suppliers to ensure the best service levels and value for money are achievedBoard reporting on operational performance, people and organisational issuesThe

COO

will require the following skill set:5 years’ experience at director or senior management level in a Real Estate, Alternatives or Private Equity

investment firmStrong leadership skillsTrack record of delivering organisational goals and changeProven ability to manage changeStrong experience of board and investor reporting.Due to the nature of this role, candidates must come from a

Real Estate investment, Alternative investment, or Private Equity

investment background. Candidates

without

this experience, or with experience only in vanilla investments,

cannot
