Bramah HR Recruitment are recruiting for a regional HR Advisor to join a sensational organisation based in the Nottinghamshire area but covering multiple sites. This role is a fast paced generalist role with a focus on managing employee relations and ensuring positive outcomes for both colleagues and the organisation as a whole. This is an ideal role for someone happy with the variety of travel, someone who is able to deal with high volumes of case work and someone who is a genuine people person who is able to build meaningful professional relationships quickly. Responsibilities:- To manage high volumes of sickness and absence case work ensuring effective strategies are in place to aim to reduce the volume of reoccurring cases. - To manage general ER case work again guiding managers on best practice HR.- To provide administrative HR support during the entire employee lifecycle ensuring accuracy and compliance of data. - To guide and mentor managers across the business on compliant HR processes ensuring best practice HR is administered whilst also providing timely advice and supporting documentation. - To support the HR Business Partners on ad hoc project work across the HR function.- To guide managers on the safer recruitment processes. - To assist in compiling HR reports for senior leadership. - To travel to the different sites within the jurisdiction of this regional role when an HR presence is required for ER case work, HR meetings or projects.
