Location: West Sussex Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 Per Annum (plus benefits) Our client is an acquisitive PE backed business who seek to hire a progressive ACA/ACCA/CIMA studier to join their team as a Management Accountant. The role offers a broad exposure with good career opportunities working in a sizeable finance team. Responsibilities: • Produce timely and accurate management information in accordance with internal deadlines and in compliance with the Group accounting policies.• Prepare necessary journals to account for revenues and costs (including accruals and prepayments), ensuring all entries are accurately processed through the GL so that Management Accounts are produced and issued in accordance with internal guidelines in appropriate formats.• Provide insightful analysis and commentary of revenues and costs to Stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of the accounts.• Produce monthly Management Accounts for specific entities, ensuring all queries are resolved.• Establish strong working relationships with Directors and Senior Managers across the business, providing information and support to them as needed.• Manage project management accounting processes to ensure time sheets are accurately recorded in a timely manner.• Reconcile and ensure tight control of Balance Sheets for specific entities, including close management of WIP provisions to ensure appropriate cover maintained.• Manage time and planning around additional and cyclical work
