This role is crucial to the smooth running of the lettings department, focusing on the financial and compliance aspects of property management.What will the role involve?Processing rent collections and ensuring timely payments to landlordsLiaising with utility providers regarding managed propertiesManaging compliance documentation and ensuring all properties meet regulatory standardsProviding administrative support to the lettings team as requiredDealing with utility providersWho are we looking for?Previous experience in a lettings, property management and financial environment is essentialStrong administrative skills with excellent attention to detailConfident in handling rental accounts and compliance processesAble to work independently and manage time effectivelyIT competent - a laptop and mobile phone will be providedWorking Arrangements:Initially office-based during probation periodHybrid model thereafter (3 days in branch / 2 days working
