We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Southampton. This is an exciting chance to help children thrive both academically and personally in a supportive, inclusive environment.

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum

• Support pupils'' academic development and emotional well-being

• Provide targeted instruction in both 1:1 and small group settings

• Track and assess student progress, adapting your approach where needed

• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support each child’s learning journey

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Applications welcome from ECTs, overseas-trained, or trainee teachers

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A team-focused, empathetic approach with a commitment to student success

• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in an educational setting

• Right to work in the UK

• Updated CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
