We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Manager to lead the development of a significant construction project that includes the creation of new office spaces, laboratories, and mess facilities using modular construction methods. Key Responsibilities Project Development: Oversee the pre-construction phase of the project, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals. Manage and develop modular construction strategies to optimize efficiency and sustainability. Experience of Modular construction would be an advantage. RIBA Stages: Guide the project through all RIBA stages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Manager to appoint a suitable contractor, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Liaise with stakeholders, including government representatives, to ensure project objectives are achieved. Travel: Travel to various project sites across the country as needed to monitor progress and maintain stakeholder engagement.
