Regional Account Manager

I''m looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to take ownership of growing one of Portugal s most iconic beer brands here in the UK. If you''re passionate about beer, experienced in UK drinks sales, and want to be part of an exciting cross-market partnership, this could be a great fit The Role:You ll act as the main link between the UK and Portugal for the brand, supporting everything from distribution and brand visibility to customer education and sales performance. This is a hands-on role, so you''ll need to be commercially minded, proactive, and ready to make things happen. Manage and grow rate of sale through distribution partners and key accounts.Maintain visibility and standards in outlet including POS, branded materials, and occasional activations.Be the go-to contact between UK teams and the brewery in Portugal.Work closely with internal sales and brand teams to drive product understanding and performance.Support brewery visits with key customers (yes, some travel to Portugal is involved!).Manage and track a budget to ensure smart, effective investment in accounts. About You:This role needs someone who knows their way around the UK beer scene ideally with experience in both on-trade and off-trade, and a good understanding of how distributors work. Confident, organised, and commercially savvy.Have solid experience in UK drinks or FMCG sales (beer experience ideal).Can work independently and also collaborate with wider teams.Are passionate about building brand
