This role focuses on developing market-leading, integrated technology partnerships, supporting the securing of new technology partnerships, and driving commercial revenue to take our brand into the next phase of evolution. You will work with the marketing, technology and engineering departments to devise, plan and deliver new and existing propositions and programmes that fit our business strategy and can be commercialised.Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to help Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB) stand out from the competition by creating innovative partnerships and maximizing commercial revenue across on-track and off-track activities.Responsibilities

Business Development and SalesSales – Develop leads, secure meetings, and build relationships with prospective partners at senior levels through external approaches, existing corporate relationships, and agency introductions.Strategy – Develop new revenue streams for the team with new prospects and incumbent partners.Support the Head of Commercial to increase revenue and identify new revenue-generating opportunities where required.Research and Analysis – Understand key analytics to support sales processes.Presentation Materials – Enhance the team’s sales materials, including presentations and proposals, to suit partner prospects.Partner and Agency ManagementRenewals – Support the Head of Commercial in evaluating existing contracts and working towards contract extensions, ensuring partner network stability.Agency Management – Develop strong day-to-day links with agency contacts.Prospect Management – Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and business development contacts and activities for internal reporting.Contracts – Support the closing of partnership agreements, including negotiation of commercial terms, working with Legal and the Head of Commercial to conclude contracts.Experience needed

Proven track record in closing high-value contracts and revenue generation.Ability to create outstanding sales literature that connects with a range of business objectives at B2B companies.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with stringent targets.Adept at analysing bespoke data and insights to enhance sales propositions.Strong network of contacts relevant to marketing budget allocation.Persuasive sales techniques, strong negotiation skills and closing capabilities.Excellent relationship-building skills with internal departments and external C-Level executives.Team-first, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.High enthusiasm and passion for the work.Resilient with a self-starting attitude.Available to travel and participate in 5 to 10 international events a year.What We Offer
