You''ll play a key role in managing all cashiering and purchase ledger activities, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, handling employee expenses, managing payment runs, and supporting daily finance operations.Key Responsibilities:Matching and processing purchase invoices.Supplier statement and bank reconciliations.Posting bank receipts/payments and cash/cheque handling.Supporting ad hoc admin tasks like hotel bookings and stationery orders.Monitoring shared finance inboxes and ensuring timely responses.What they''re looking for:Someone IT literate, especially with Excel.Excellent communicator who can engage confidently across teams.Positive, detail-oriented, and organised - a real team player.Able to manage deadlines independently with minimal supervision.This is more than just a transactional role - it''s an opportunity to grow within a team that genuinely supports personal and professional development.
