Key Responsibilities:

  Deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching opportunities possible.

  Develop and implement an innovative, inclusive Drama curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and resilience.

  Lead school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities to enrich student experience and showcase talent.

• 
  

  Create a supportive, stimulating learning environment where every student can explore and develop their dramatic skills.

  Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the arts department to promote excellence and share best practice.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

• 
  

  A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a closely related subject.

• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.

  Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
