CX Solution Architect
Location UK (Hybrid - London preferred) Overview Senior CX consulting leader required to own solution direction, delivery oversight, and pre-sales support across multiple client engagements. This is a hands-on leadership role, sitting above configuration but close to delivery, acting as the escalation point and CX authority. Responsibilities Define high-level CX solution architecture and delivery approach (not config). Oversee 2-3 concurrent projects as delivery lead and escalation point. Guide teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes. Support pre-sales, demos, proposals, and RFP responses . Translate customer requirements into clear, executable CX roadmaps. Profile Must have Senior CX consulting or delivery leadership experience Strong CX solution design capability (Sales/Service/Marketing) Experience overseeing multiple engagements Confident, autonomous, customer-facing Nice to have Consultancy background Pre-sales and RFP ownership experience
