Principal Urban Drainage Modeller role at Stantec.This position involves joining an interdisciplinary team delivering projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to work from multiple southern offices. You could be based from Brighton, London, High Wycombe, Ashford, Southampton, Kings Hill or Cambridge.Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions across Stormwater Overflows, Water Quality Management, Developer Assessments, Flood Investigations and more.Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within Wastewater Modelling to deliver expert solutions to clients.Plan and coordinate project delivery, including preparation of cost estimates.Line manage more junior team members, including mentorship and supervision of technical outputs.About You / Qualifications

Degree-qualified candidates in Civil Engineering, Geography or other relevant subject; member of an industry-relevant institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM). Experience leading projects in urban drainage and technical expertise across urban drainage modelling activities. Experience in staff management and development, with ability to integrate into a team and provide technical leadership with a client service focus.
