As a part of the team, you will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and drawings to our clients. By joining our energetic practice, you will have the chance to directly feed into how the company grows and develops.Responsibilities include:· Drawing existing and proposed architectural drawings· Perform original design work according to a client brief· Producing building regulation drawings· Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control· Coordinating consultants (planning consultants/structural engineers/party-wall etc)Requirements:· Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience· Competency in Revit· Knowledge of planning policies and building regulations· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Highly motivated individual with time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload· Full clean UK Driving Licence with access to a car.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
