This role involves assisting with loading and unloading cargo, navigating to delivery locations, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist the driver with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods onto and off delivery vehicles. Help secure cargo to ensure that items are safely transported without risk of damage. Navigate with the driver to delivery locations, following the most efficient routes. Ensure that deliveries are made on time, meeting customer expectations. Provide excellent customer service, including unloading and delivering goods to customers'' requested locations. Assist with checking delivery schedules, verifying the items being delivered, and ensuring accuracy.
