HR Advisor

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Tamworth, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position (37.5 hours pw) with 4 days on-site, with a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in providing HR support within a busy environment, including advising on employee relations issues, managing HR processes, and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle. CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management casesSupporting recruitment activity, including placing adverts and assisting with interviewsManaging HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, leavers etc.)Advising managers on restructures and redundancies, ensuring compliance and accurate documentationSupporting tribunal preparation as requiredCompleting HR administration, data management, and reportingAssisting with training needs analysis and maintaining the training matrixConducting exit interviews and collating feedbackParticipating in HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvementsPromoting company values and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies Experience required: Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor roleStrong background in employee re
