You’ll work across servers, storage, cloud, and application delivery systems, ensuring our people have the tools they need to deliver for our members every day. This is not just another boring IT job but an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the setup and technology operations of 2 new Datacentres with the very latest hyperconverged hardware, and a new corporate headquarters with State-of-the-Art smart building controls and IOT.Responsibilities
Maintain patch management and compliance across IT platformsProvide technical support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, mobile devices, and applicationsManage and administer Windows, Linux, VMware ESXi, Nutanix, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Microsoft 365Support storage (SAN), backup/recovery, and highly available disaster recovery solutionsAdminister Citrix application delivery and maintain monitoring/alerting systemsContribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of new technologiesAbout you
You’re a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a high-performing environment. With strong technical expertise and a continuous improvement mindset, you bring both capability and drive.Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent skills/experience) – mandatoryExperience managing servers, storage, cloud, and backup/recovery in complex environmentsStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and LinuxFamiliarity with Citrix, SAN storage, Exchange/Office 365, and Group PolicyExperience with automation tools (e.g. PowerShell) and ITIL practicesA strong understanding of cybersecurity, ideally aligned with the Essential 8Certifications such as MCSA/MS365, Azure Fundamentals, VMware VCP, Nutanix, or ITIL Foundation (highly regarded)About us
