Purchase Ledger Supervisor £28,500 per annum An exciting role with a well-established and fast growing South Wales based business. The Company sells products not services. 18 month maternity cover role 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays Office based Cardiff Head office Job Role Manage and run Purchase Ledger Enter material purchase and Overhead invoices on to Ledger Both these equate to about 500 enteries per week Checking supplier statements Deal with supplier queries both: Invoice / delivery / price queries Payment / status of account queries Adhoc work Take customer credit cards Answer office phone Scan photocopy and file role related documents Experience and ability You must have a minimumum of 2 years relevant purchase ledger experience. Personal Attributes and Skills Required Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Take the initiative when issues arise. Professional approach to work Good interpersonal skills You must have substantial commercial office environment experience Proven experience of Purchase Ledger Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office/365 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Accuracy is essential in all aspects of the position and you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous roles.
