Description

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Support the procurement team with supplier management and communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.

Profile

  • Experience in administrative or procurement roles within the public sector or similar industries (or transferable skills from a university degree for example being competent with MS Office)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
