PC, Laptop and Mobile Device Repair Technician and Customer Service – Professional, friendly communication with clients.Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our busy technology and parcel-service hub. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in computer, laptop, and mobile device repairs with excellent customer service skills. You will deliver high-quality repairs, diagnose complex issues, and ensure customers receive clear, helpful updates throughout the process.Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of computer hardware, mobile devices, and software systemsInstall, configure, and update operating systems and applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficientlyBuild custom PCs, perform system upgrades, and recommend hardware improvementsManage technical support tickets, maintain detailed service records, and liaise directly with customers to provide timely solutionsEnsure all repairs and services meet company quality standards and industry best practicesAssist with daily operations of our DHL Service Point and DPD Drop-Off Point, including receiving parcels, scanning shipments, and providing courteous support to courier customersWhat We’re Looking For
