The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, Web Chat and/or social media as required.Salary: 26,728 + excellent company benefitsLocation: East Grinstead, hybrid working options after training - 2-3 days office basedHours: 35 hour working week - shifts between 8.45am-6pmCustomer Service Agent duties:Answer customer calls and handle queriesRespond to customer emails and live web chatProvide a high level customer advice and information service to customersSupport and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience Handle customer complaints Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience of customer service, ideally within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer service
