This lovely setting stands for educational specialists, wholehearted commitment and comprehensive child care from 3 months old to pre-school! This setting is warm and welcoming and is looking for an experienced pre-school room leader to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.The setting is conveniently located very close to both train and bus links, as well as offering free parking on site.

What we need from you:•Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher•Commitment•Passion to deliver outstanding childcare•Ability to work within a team•Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Your duties will include:•Taking charge of a key group of children•Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop•Planning and providing effective care, teaching and learning.•Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children•Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children•Making accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of the individual children•Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education•Ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both indoor and outdoor areas•Planning and delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children develop and meet their individual milestones•Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child•Promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed•Working with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment on a day-to-day basis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
