This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the railway industry, working in one of the UK s busiest and most exciting transport hubs while developing valuable customer service skills.As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of passenger interaction, supporting customers with journey enquiries, ticket information, train times, and general travel assistance. You will also help passengers who require luggage support and ensure they receive a positive and seamless travel experience throughout their journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
