Duties Collaborate with the Graphics team to prioritize and deliver design and artwork projects. Assist in developing cosmetic colour ranges, ensuring alignment with current trends. Coordinate and organize cosmetic components and samples, proactively resolving any issues. Review and test samples to meet all sensory and quality standards. Support the NPD team with project briefs while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Coordinate the creation of new products in collaboration with UK and China-based teams. Participate in design briefings with colleagues across NPD, Technical, Merchandising, and Graphics departments. Liaise with Far East to resolve queries and maintain effective communication. Prepare costings for products and support quotes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value. Provide project management coverage as needed during team holidays.
