Prestigious Investment Bank seeks a Technical Team Lead/Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the firm''s highly successful global E-Trading Rates platform. The platform primarily uses Server Side C# and related technologies, plus some C++. Managing the team responsible for designing and developing the common pricing platform used across Rates/FX. Providing leadership and oversight for software developers in the team. Working with Stakeholders to ensure alignment between the business and technical direction of the platform.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for the design, development, and innovation of the platform; draw on previous expert C# experience working on similar platforms.Collaborating with technology heads and business stakeholders in London.Interpretation of business requirements and facilitation of ideation for technical solutions.Enforcing bank policy and standards in the development and deployment of the applications.Accountable for the recruitment and development of new team members.Communicating delivery status and milestones to stakeholdersDeveloping relationships across the technology organisation to ensure alignment and co-deliver overall business workflows.RequirementsThe candidate should have the following skills and qualities:Experience leading the design and development of high-availability, distributed platforms in the Front Office Pricing domain.Experience managing and directing small teams of technical experts.Experience of p
