Due to expansion my client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team of 9. If you have credit control experience and are looking for a new challenge , this could be the role for you.Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor and collect rent, service charges, and other payments promptly.Maintain accurate tenant and landlord accounts, allocate payments, and reconcile discrepancies.Chase overdue balances through calls, emails, and formal notices; escalate to legal or recovery agencies when necessary.Prepare aged debt reports, monitor credit risk, and support cash flow forecasting.Respond to tenant queries regarding invoices, arrears, and payment plans while maintaining professional relationships.Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, property regulations, and GDPR; keep detailed records of all communications.Collaborate with property managers, finance teams, and legal departments to resolve issues and support budgeting.
