Conduct building condition surveys and create a Planned Property Maintenance (PPM) programme. Prioritize and execute maintenance works, preparing drawings and work schedules. Manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Compile and analyze data related to commercial property standards and stock investment strategies. Ensure compliance with legislation, building regulations, and planning requirements. React to on-site situations, conducting structural diagnostics and determining remedial works. Prepare and manage tender and contract documentation. Supervise contractors and tradespersons for various programs. Produce progress reports, monitoring contract activities and budget adherence. Develop cost-effective methods to improve service delivery. Maintain effective liaison with internal and external customers. Make recommendations for maintenance and improvement programs.
