You ll work closely with engineers and management to ensure projects run smoothly from initiation through completion. The Project and Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day activities such as coordinating schedules, tracking budgets, managing documentation, and maintaining communication between suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. You ll also support office functions, ensuring all administrative processes are efficient and compliant. Responsibilities include: Coordinating project tasks, materials, and documentation. Preparing costings, purchase orders, delivery records, and progress reports. Assisting with quotations, invoices, and financial tracking. Managing correspondence, filing systems, and general office duties. Monitoring project budgets and producing reports using Excel.
