Due to growth, they''re seeking an experienced CNC Turning Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their night shift team.The RoleYou''ll program, set, and operate Mazak CNC turning centres to produce precision components to tight tolerances. Responsibilities include program creation, machine setup, prove-out, production running, and quality checks.Key DutiesProgram using Mazatrol, SmoothX/SmoothG or ISO G-codeSet and operate Mazak lathes (Quick Turn / Nexus / Smooth / Integrex)Set tooling, offsets, work holding and fixturesRun production, adjust wear offsets, change inserts, make minor editsPerform first-off and in-process inspection using micrometers, verniers, gauges etc.Maintain quality documentation and troubleshoot machining issuesFollow HSE and 5S standards, including routine maintenanceWhat You Need3-5+ years CNC turning experienceConfident Mazak programming, setting, and operatingAbility to read engineering drawings and GDandTStrong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds and turning processesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsDesirableIntegrex / live tooling experienceCAM knowledge (e.g. Mastercam)Engineering app
