This role would provide support to the project team on all commercial aspects of projects.The Quantity Surveyor will be managing costs and contractual matters, liaising with customer representatives and other third parties, and ensuring that the company''s objectives are achieved. Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities will include:Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients as neededGenerate and submit monthly interim payment applicationsCreate and analyze monthly project cashflow and profitability forecasts/CVRsTrack payment receipts and follow up on overdue accounts monthly Evaluate subcontractor applications and invoices alongside Project ManagersProcess draft subcontract payments and distribute payment noticesCreate subcontract orders in Coins system and establish terms when requiredOversee contract variations and compensation events for both client and subcontractor relationships Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and desired skills:Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying preferableAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to work effectively in a team PLEASE NOTEYou must
