Sous Chef to join the team, create exceptional dining experiences, and bring new culinary ideas to life in a vibrant and high-energy setting.Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head chef in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes.Develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect the innovative spirit of Brix while maintaining a focus on quality and consistency.Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards and are delivered on time.Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a smooth kitchen operation during busy service periods.Help manage kitchen budgets and ensure cost-effective practices without compromising on quality.Collaborate with the event management team to create bespoke menus for private events and functions hosted at Brix.Who Were Looking For:

Creativity: A flair for creating bold, original dishes that excite and surprise, while maintaining a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.Experience: At least 2 years in a senior kitchen role, with experience in a busy kitchen in a high-end restaurant or event space.Attention to Detail: A perfectionists eye for presentation, quality, and consistency in every dish.Passion for Food: A true passion for food, cooking, and creating unique dining experiences that excite guests.Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:
