Due to continued growth, they re looking to add a talented Fast Track Costs Draftsman to their Liverpool-based Drafting Department.The RoleYou ll be responsible for preparing a variety of Fast Track costs documentation across multiple case types, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to both internal and external clients.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing and serving Fast Track Schedules of Costs, Bills of Costs, and Part 8 documentationPreparing Fixed Costs Schedules and N260 Statements of CostsManaging a varied caseload and meeting strict deadlinesCommunicating effectively with clients and third parties via email and phoneMaintaining an excellent understanding of litigation processes and case managementAssisting with the training and development of junior team membersStaying up to date with CPR and costs management proceduresExperience with issuing Part 8 proceedings and a working knowledge of phasing and the costs management process would be advantageous.Ab
