We are currently recruiting for Learning Support Workers on both a full-time and part-time basis, over an 8 hour day.You will be working with children and young people who have special educational needs and therefore you must be committed to creating a happy, safe and caring environment where they can learn and communicate with confidence. The overall goal is for all students to be happy, healthy and have a sense of belonging and purpose.This important role will not only support students but also the teachers, and the school to ensure a positive learning environment at all times. The students have a variety of special educational needs, anxieties and phobias.It is desirable to have experience in a similar role, but not essential, if you can demonstrate you have transferable skills in other areas of your employment history.
