The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has been set up to provide health security for the nation by protecting from infectious disease and external hazards. It will need to take action like no other organisation previously in order to mitigate threats to health before they materialise. UKHSA will be a trusted source of advice to government and to the public. On behalf of The UK Health Security Agency we are looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect for a 12 month contract. Remote working with occasional travel to London. As a Principal Enterprise Architect your main responsibilities will be to:. Lead the continuous evolution of UKHSA''s enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across business, data, applications, and technology.. Translate strategic objectives into coherent capability maps, target states, and transition architectures that maximise value and minimise risk.. Support architecture assurance through Architecture Review Boards, Design Authorities and Technical Councils, ensuring decisions reduce complexity, technical debt, and total cost of ownership.. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, service owners, programme directors, and delivery teams, influencing decisions with data driven evidence, options, and trade off analysis.. Communicate complex architecture topics with clarity, logical structure, and actionable recommendations tailored to the audience ranging from business to technical stakeholders..
