Key Responsibilities Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities in accordance with engineering standards and manufacturer guidance.Diagnose faults, implement permanent corrective actions, and support root-cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and refurbishments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Work alongside the Maintenance Manager on risk assessments, equipment condition monitoring, and long-term replacement planning.Ensure all maintenance work is delivered safely and complies with UK HandS legislation and internal company procedures.Use CMMS systems to record maintenance activities, plan tasks, and support asset-management processes.Review contractors'' RAMS, issue permits to work, and ensure all third-party engineering activities meet site requirements.
