EV Charging Team Leader - Electrical QualifiedDue to significant growth, we require multiple EV team leaders in various locations including Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Reading.Working Regional Supervisor / Team Lead RoleBasic salary of 43,000, plus 2000 performance related bonus, plus any additional field earningsWeekly Work Rota is as follows, 2 days x Remote days office based3 days x Installation Work (6 x Domestic installations and service calls)Role:Working closely with the other members of the management team, you will be a team leader of a small group (up to 5) installers based in the field operations, you will be supporting with the following-Day to Day Management-Technical advice and Guidance-Remote Quality Auditing of Installations-QS of Certificates and Signing Off-On-site audits and In Person Meet''sAnother part of the role will be assisting the ongoing upskilling of the current workforce as well in a potential involvement in the onboarding process. You will always be striving to help with day-to-day improvements as well as making process improvement suggestions being the best placed conduit between the field force and management team.Requirements:It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate the following skills:Electrical- NVQ Level 3 electrical installations qualification or or L3 + AM2 qualification.
