As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in: Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment. Loading and unloading heavy materials and products. Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines. Adhering to health and safety regulations. Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role. What We''re Looking For: Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings. Good physical strength and stamina this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods Willingness to work in high-temperature environments. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping. Good communication skills A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
