This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a precision-driven environment, supporting quality and engineering teams to ensure components meet exacting standards.You will play a key role in inspection, measurement, and reporting activities, contributing directly to product quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a newly created role to support an increased workload for the business for the long term. 37.5 hour week with flexibility on start/finish time. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) in line with defined procedures and standardsConduct precise measurement of components against technical drawings and specificationsAnalyse measurement data to identify deviations and report findings accuratelyMaintain calibration records and carry out routine equipment checksSupport investigations into quality issues and contribute to corrective actionsProduce clear, detailed inspection reports for engineering and production teamsAssist in improving measurement processes and inspection efficiencyEquipment and Systems3D scanning using Creaform HandySCANReporting using Metrolog X4 softwareOperation of Stiefelmayer manual portal measuring machinesUse of handheld inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges)I''m keen to speak to CMM Inspectors with the following skillset: Proven experience operat
