Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We''re looking for a versatile Office Administrator & Receptionist to be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of a business in Melksham!
In this diverse role, you''ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, supporting the wider team, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
What you''ll be doing:
- Managing a busy reception, answering calls for various companies, greeting visitors warmly, and handling all incoming and outgoing post
- Efficiently booking and preparing our conference rooms
- Juggling a variety of tasks from data entry, filing, and creating professional documents (Word, Excel) to assisting with mailouts and providing general secretarial support
- Creating essential information and welcome packs
- Conducting daily and weekly building checks
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative requests
About you:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player
- Someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, 100% office-based
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: -25,000 per annum
