We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join a growing FM team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across all London zones. This is a PPM, reactive, and compliance-driven role, ideal for a qualified engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple high-profile buildings.Key Responsibilities

Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial sitesRespond to reactive repairs and urgent call-outs efficientlyEnsure all work meets compliance standards and statutory testing requirementsDiagnose and resolve faults in electrical or mechanical systems (depending on bias)Support minor installation works and small projectsMaintain accurate records via CAFM systems and site documentationLiaise with clients, helpdesk, and subcontractors to ensure smooth service deliveryAdhere to health and safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessmentsRequirements

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline18th Edition (for electrical bias) or relevant mechanical qualificationsProven experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenanceStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and manage time across multiple locationsWhat’s Included
